Guess who has just got back from the loo? (to take the pic you fools)

(see 'other' Flossie pics below ...)

Well, I know at least one person had a ...

... good time last night ... the founder member and Secretary of the notorious and top secret hashing sub sect of the Wine Appreciation No Downdown Association who has for three out of the last five years had MORE downdowns than any other hasher ... sigh

Guess who is auditioning for a part ...

... in the remake of 'Ice Station Zebra' ..... ?

That's good, Blaster, you're getting there now ...

I pop out to the loo and ...

... give Blaster directions for use: "Just point and shoot, it's 'idiot-proof' ... " ..... long sigh .........

Your roving reporter reports ... video

The Beavers ...

... Eager (right) and soon to be named Dirty (I think) (left) ... didugetthat?

Where there's whisky, Winfield won't be ...

... far away ... Happy Christmas, Dad!

Piltdown Man awaits his whisky ...

The girls enjoy ...

... a little snifter of whisky or a Chocolate Cream Liqueur ...

Rent Boy clutches a rapidly emptying ...

... Isle of Jura whisky bottle, which has proved to be (unsurprisingly) the smash hit of the evening ...

We honour/humour those that ...

... cannot make the Wanda Whisky Stop somewhere down on the banks of the Teign a mile and a tad from here ... Pottsie (and McWot out of picture) sample a full jigger (45 ml) of 10 year old Isle of Jura Single Malt - direct from Bluebird's secret cupbard back at CRUISEDOG TOWERS ...

... secure in the knowledge that ...

... a complete lunatic is at the helm, Harry ...

The circle begins to form up ...

Look at their little smiling faces ...

... good game letting others do the photos ...

The gang's all here ...

... including Pottsie plus musical accoutrement of some sort, Sally ...

Welcome back, Poach me boy ...

... and he only got me a King Ace Bonzer pressie from North Island ... more on that later ...

Hovel Annie steadies a very hyper ...

... Sherpa Tenzing at the start ...

Steady, Doris, steady ...

"You know what, Bluebird ... ?"

... "This is the good stuff ... "

And I also thought I made it clear that ...

... nobody from Exeter should be served - whatever their story ...

I thought I said single measures only ...

Piltdown Man mulls it over ...

... and comes to the conclusion that this hash has never had it so good ...

Of course we all know ...

... he's completely mad, don't we ... ?

A discerning customer ...

... samples the Jura Single Malt ....

Perhaps I shoudda vetted candidates for ...

... dispensing drinks more carefully ...

Tell us who the 'Wandas' are please ...

... so we can make friends before the 'Wanda Whisky Stop' ... can't do that, sorry, they're secret, aint they? But here's a little clue ... look out for hashers (no women except for Bluebell) walking, or jogging with a distinct swagger in their step ... and the crooked little finger twitching in preparedness for the Wanda Whisky knock 'em back action ...

Every year we've had a Treasure Hunt

but this year I've decided to have a 'Wanda Whisky Stop' for all my dear Wandas. "What's a 'Wanda' ?" I hear you mutter, suspiciously. If you've been around for the past 5 or so years, you'll know (eyes rolling heavenwards) all about us ... if you're new, well, it's too long a story to tell. Suffice it to say it's a VERY exclusive secret hashing society with VERY high ranking members of the TVH3 in it. My advice is to find a Wanda and ingratiate yourself (crawl) and they may well endorse your plea for a 'wee dram afore ye go' ... it's worth a try Melon Picker, 'ol buddy ....

Cruisedog is helping lay the trail

from The Wild Goose tomorrow and if we can't make the circle, I'll leave the details at the bar ...
